Contour Tool & Machine Inc. has been designing and building custom cutting tools since 1978. As an industry leader, Contour is a highly skilled, high tech tool shop with design capability servicing the aerospace, automotive, electrical and all industrial manufacturing industries. We offer screw machine tooling, dovetail form and shave tools, form reamers, step drills, punches, ID single point and power recess tools step drills, reamers in both carbide and high-speed steel, as well as standard carbide and special form inserts, ceramics, cermets and thread mills.
Contour also offers custom designed cutting tools, CNC machining up to 30″ x 60″, 4 Axis CNC milling, CNC lathe milling with live tooling, manual lathe up to 16″ x 50″, wire EDM services, custom surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, 5 Axis CNC tool grinding (Carbide & High-Speed Steel), fabrication & welding services.
The Contour Tool & Machine Inc. headquarters is located locally in Jackson, Michigan. All of our manufacturing and machining projects are completed directly on our production floor with access to a wide variety of CNC and Manual Machines.
